I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, working in and using the relationship between ourselves and others as the basis for therapeutic change. Psychotherapeutic counselling allows me to continue to explore how we become distressed and how we can heal
As well as the process of awareness of our own personality and how we learn from life events using our bonds with others, I use relevant therapy approaches to remain focussed on finding the clients own route to growth and self awareness
